Express Delivery by -Nu Livrer-
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, from 8:30am till 5:00pm.
There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.
Rates:
For order over Rs 2,000 – Free
For order below Rs 2,000 – Rs 150
For bigger orders (parcels over 40cm*50cm or above 10kg) we cannot guarantee that the delivery time will take 3 working days or less.
If you have a special timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.
As soon as your order ships out you will receive a “shipping confirmation email” (no tracking details).
Free In-Store Pick Up
If you are choosing this option, please wait for a “ready for pick up” confirmation e-mail and text.
Generally, orders can be ready for pick up within 24 hours.
With this option you don’t have to pay in advance, but you can pay at pick up time if you wish to.
We will hold your order for 7 working days, starting the day your order was available for pickup.
International Deliveries
We can arrange delivery for the following destinations:
- Rodrigues
- Reunion
- Madagascar
- Seychelles
The shipping cost will depend on the parcel weight and dimensions and the country of destination.
Before any payment transfer, please e-mail us your order list and we will get a quote for delivery to your address.
If you accept the terms of delivery, you will then be able to proceed with the payment.
Please note: You may incur additional VAT and fees based on your country's rules. Those fees will be charged to you when the package enters your country. If delivery is attempted and you refuse the shipment, you will not receive a refund for the goods.
