It is hand-dyed in South Africa using locally grown cotton.

DK yarn (Also ‘double knit’ or ‘8-ply yarn’) is the most popular of all yarn weight.
By definition, the 8 strands forming this yarn makes it a very sturdy and resilient yarn.
This yarn is soft to the skin, light and breathable.

This cotton yarn is very versatile.
It is perfect for light jumper, cardigans, hats, shawls and so on that will keep you warm on fresher days, without making you feel too hot.
It is great for Amigurumi (knitting or crocheting stuffed toys), weaving, and so on.
